The VELUX BBX vapour barrier creates an airtight and watertight seal that prevents condensation from forming in the roof construction, where it may cause irreversible damage.

The VELUX BBX vapor barrier is a fully-welded rubber gasket with double pressure seal. It guarantees a quick installation that is 100% vapour- and air-tight. Reinforced corners for extra security against perforation.

The VELUX BBX vapor barrier is a polyethylene vapour barrier collar fitted in the window rebate and led to the interior ceiling/wall where it is connected to the vapour barrier of the roof/wall with supplied tape.

The BBX vapor barrier can be used with all standard flashings and in roof pitches between 15 - 90 degrees.
