Solstro manual centre-pivot roof windows

This basic model in the Solstro range is distinguished by its impressive parameters and its attractive price. The Solstro DPY B900 window has a frame that brings down product costs without compromising on high thermal insulation parameters - Uw 1.3 W/m²K.

The DPY B900 window offers impressive performance thanks to their modern glazing unit with two low-emission (heat-reflective) coatings, which prevent your room from overheating in the summer and heat from escaping outside in the winter. The window also performs excellently on other criteria, with class E1350 water tightness and class C4 wind load resistance clearly demonstrating the window's ability to handle any atmospheric conditions despite its slimline design. Its toughened (highly shatter-resistant) external pane is an addition that ensures an enhanced level of safety.

Wood quality is also a significant factor - the wood used in the manufacture of Solstro windows is of the highest quality and is obtained exclusively from FSC certified sources, guaranteeing sustainable sourcing.

Solstro DPY B900 windows offer not only impressive parameters but also convenient everyday operation. Their centre pivot (hinges mounted at half window height) and handle mounted at the base of the window sash ensure easy accessibility at any installation height. The handle offers two positions that enable you to ventilate your room without needing to fully open the window. An important addition to the windows' high quality and functionality is the 10-year guarantee that comes with all Solstro windows (provided that they are installed using the original flashing kit).

A roof window demands very little maintenance - just the ordinary cleaning of the pane and a yearly re-lacquering of the wood if installed in rooms with a high level of humidity. All roof windows rotate up to 165 degrees to facilitate easy cleaning of the external pane.

You can also clean the wood/PVC with hot soapy water, but please note that frequent cleaning may increase the need for re-lacquering if you have a wooden roof windows.
